Our Refund and Returns Policy is in place to ensure our customer’s satisfaction is guaranteed. If you experience any issues with our products, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged Products:
If you receive goods that were damaged in transit, then you can return them within 30 days of the delivery for a full refund or exchange. You must provide proof of the damage either with photos or a video to our customer service team, and then return the product with the original packaging.
Don’t Get the Product:
If you don’t receive your product within the time period indicated on the order confirmation email, you can contact our customer service team for a full refund or to resend the product.
Time Period:
All products must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery for refunds or exchanges. Products that are returned outside of this window will not be eligible for a full refund, and you may be charged a restocking fee.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, here are some of our guidelines:
- You must contact us within 10 days of receiving the product, and provide proof of purchase.
- You must also provide photos or videos of the product if it has arrived damaged.
- The product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, along with any additional items that were sold with it.
- Refunds and replacements are not available for any opened items.
- Any refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment.
